now i know why brina loves eyeliner so much.. it makes a difference...haha. my eyes are small. must try to make them bigger. together, eyeliner and mascara make the solution. will experiment morrre. =P oh, and sorry for the too-white face.

felt quite down the whole afternoon.. maybe i overreacted la. but really, jeanie and i always present our projects really nicely and neatly..was watching this entertainment programme in late aft and they were talking about makeup. so i though just give it a try. make myself look better. maybe that would make me a little happier. haha. i think that helped. i tried to put on eyeliner...and really *giap/kiap* my eyelashes real hard. painted my toe nails red. i need good luck. haha. hope j-lang oral next friday will go well, js2228 presentation next sat will go well, and hope i can type my essay well over the weekend. went to the make-up j-lang class at 7.50am today. talked to tan sensei for 10 minutes! tsktsk.. i need to practise j-lang! nihongo o motto reshuushi nakereba nalimasen!!

what's the point of rushing through a project ppr when no one's gonna pay attention to it? editing was done last minute. nvm about that, coz' editing's always left to the last. suppose meihwa was the last person to be able to read the last edited version. another shocking thing; my 2 group members actually wanted to hand in the ppr when they din even look through it. like scan thru?? look out for alignment and all?? =S

but when i saw the final printed paper, only one word to describe my feelings... sad!!!!!!the number was still stated. the worse thing is. it's not the correct number lo! 2704 was my number. after editing, it's surely not... the appendix and the names of tables, the alignment was horrible. u get the table on the next page with the title of graph/table on the previous page. i told meihwa i had 32 footnotes in the end, but i saw only 28. erm she got down some of the new ones too. maybe deleted some??? arg. i dunno. the alignment was the sad thing.... why can't we just get these simple things done in a nicer manner?? make it neater.... the paper is not a very good one i would say, so maybe you can organise things better? but the group members said they thought it was ok, fine, we handed in that piece of thing. i was too shocked and sad to actually have the mind to say i wanna redo the alignment n such.

i was the one who compiled. they were in charge of the research. and they said my research overlap with theirs so i just do compiling...but when i compiled, i was practically searching for new information and graphs! daryl had to help me look for graphs too. i used 3 other books as well. it's just no good to have a paper using all internet resources and just one book yea? this is the second time i am working on a arts module term project with science faculty ppl (5 ppl for this js2228 arts module term ppr, me being the only arts student), and i can say for sure it's again not an enjoyable experience!!!!!! not finding faults with science faculty people actually. i just feel that they may be busy, we are busy too okay! they can s/u the arts module....but i can't!! i am not sure if they did s/u this module though... it's sad la. everyone's at fault. this time round.

did vicky even got to touch the printed term ppr? i have no idea man...

darn it.

good morning, it's 4 in the morning.

i've finally finished compiling the gender & sexuality paper. pieced up all the parts. the appendix, the tables, the biblio, the footnoting and the transcript are all up too. *tears* ahaha.. thanks dear, for helping me find tables... =P i'm gonna send to meihwa to edit. her english seems to be very powerful!! hope she can turn my simple english into some magical kind. i can't face this paper anymore. why? because i have yet another paper to be written by next monday and 2 presentations to prepare for this week. tuesday & thursday.

i'm getting the hang of doing one essay in a day. university life. u're killing me softly.

the gastric pain and stomachache in the morning nearly killed me. nooo.. i don't wanna die in the toilet. toilet is the place for d'. =X (i won't wanna eat my dinner at 4pm anymore... yeap yeap, i will have my constant meals.. ) anyway, i finally got to eat my heavy lunch when ryan arrived at 11.30am in sch today. i was dying of hunger..haha.. first time i see him with this glow over his head. like a fairy. haha.. cos i finally could eat. his smses on the way were funny too. 'till, then, stay alive!'

i had my j-lang lesson in the morning.. did i say i made the class laugh last week? we had to perform some skit task. then my group got more or less the same task as another group. when tan sensei asked if we know what kinda characters are the classmates playing. i raised my hand and answered correctly. then of course tan-sensei had this qn that followed. "how could you tell?" i tried to be funny. i said 'onaji task ga arimasu kara'. because i have the same task. ahahaha... you should see his reaction. haha! dunno want to laugh or scold me. erm we were supposed to answer it based on the different tones each classmate was using.. i knew it la. i just tried to be funny. result : i succeeded. haha.. =P

gotta start my chinese essay somehow.... =S oh, i read this newspaper article just now... the heading: ppl who are deprived of sex or have a boring sex life love bread and biscuits. tsk! i eat a lot and i love them okay... ahahha...not only me. ps loves bread too. hor?? haha..my sister loves bread like mad too. and people who get angry easily, they love meat. those who are under stress or have great ambitions love salty food like potato chips. whereas those who are out of love, feel lonely, or lack of love and care tend to love ice cream, cakes and such...hmmm... i believe in the meat-eaters and ice-cream lovers though.

it always ends up no good when i stay home on a saturday.

i did my readings. almost done. but good enough for me. needed a breather. so i watched *sex and the city*. it was all nice...funny show. until u....until u spoil my day.

perhaps it's because i always make fun of you that when something really happens to me, you just can't give it a careful thought? sweet and harsh. which to believe... u tell me. i always wait...i've always waited for you... you can't wait for me.

i'm not happy. maybe, i'm the unreasonable one.

maybe you rushed home, maybe you didn't. i just hope you will get back home safely...

thursday is here. so fast... time flies eh? haha... the other time i wrote 59 days. it's just 38 days left now... i'm thinking... can i see you on the day you're back? instead of waiting after i've finished my 2nd ppr... haha.. i can't wait. =P

finished editing the report with jeanie in the afternoon. yeap. i pon-ed my js marketing lecture.. spent the time editing, printing out our hard work (it's so nice. hehs, couldn't stop admiring.) and watching the russell peters' clips...hahah...be a man~!! anyway, i stayed back till 7.40pm after jeanie n andrew left. to studdyyyy... yeap. i stayed in school to study for my quiz! some applause pleasseeee... =P

will wake up early to revise again. dunno whether the last set of notes got into my head or not. i am mentally exhausted!! physically too.... i actually had 6 bus trips ytd, came back home 3 times in a day!! intensive tuition for javier for the next 2 weeks. i will see him straight for 10 days. hope it will help to drill some good english and math skills into his head! *pray* i shall bring my sketchbook to school tmr. j-lang sensei & classmates wanna see.. haha.. my sketchbook is old......accompanied me for 5 yrs already... =) i get a great sense of achievement when each piece is done.. when it comes to drawing, i am quite a perfectionist.

let's see... what have i done. i have completed the chinese ch3245 project. at 1am plus .haha yeah.. jeanie baby did more newspaper reading and more column typing than me.. so i took on the job of typing the final report. included all the points we discussed on saturday... we are supposed to do a summary and little bit of analysis right?? i can't help it but feel a little insecure about the report. it's 3000 word long. i had been using andrew's laptop for the chinese typing. i spent 7hrs on it. but well, dear called me somewhere in between and i think we spent like one half hrs talkin'. =P if jeanie finds it okay, we are done with this!!!! ohHhhh yea!

slept at 2+ am. super funny. we just lied down to sleep and sis had this bug on her. she flicked it nervously and it landed on my thigh lo!! then i flicked it to my left. and it went to mom. hahahah!! sorry larhhh i was scared mahh. basic instinct ok. then i switched on the light imme. whole family tried to look for it. but it went missing!! while waiting for it to appear again, mom said many funny n' stupid things. me & sis just laughed until we teared. haha i was punching my pillows and rolling here n' there. =P then i gave everyone some cotton to stuff into their ears. scared the bug will fly in. the mouth bobian... it was so hot yet we were scared and covered ourselves with our blankets. and the cotton wool thing. i was the only one who managed to let it stay in my ears till this morning. oh and the bug did not appear again at all........

woke up at 9am to do my marketing presentation draft. done with my part. i did find info for this project. did what i was assigned to. but still feel ninh and tam did terribly much.. they are very nice girls.. very cute too. haha. the project is coming to an end... 2 more weeks to the final presentation. tmr's the mock presentation though.

my j-lang projects shouldn't be of much problem. it's a class thing. yet to start but yeah.. no worries. the js2228 gender project: we started doing research right from beginning.. i did my assigned part and recently they said it's overlapping work. haha! so now i am in charge of intro (which has yet to be done) and the overall compilation. yeap. endnotes, biblio and that sort of thing. phew. tsk. the chinese lit project is the worrying one... another 18 days left. haha jeanie & i have yet to start a topic for our individual essays. we don't even know what to write. and the stupid quiz is coming on thurs. hmmmmm... can see smoke coming from my head not?????

daryl is being bombarded by his friends in msn. leaving me with lots of time to blog. haha.. talking to ps too. jeanie did her hair today..haha should be pretty! :)

i had a bad hair day though...haha my hair was like popeye's wife. olive's. haha... cos of the way how i placed my hair and slept last night. hmm... finally....haha now after washing my hair, i have no more olive's hair... =P

ryan came over for 2 hrs plus today. we just listened to beyond's songs and i tried to make him sing along. haha... not bad, both of us mastering cantonese...

madeline's chinese psle ppr went well... hope she can get a* la. straight a's would be nice too! haha.. i went to play with their dog today.. milky always barks at me. cause me to always run into the house like a thieve. haha.. i don't like to be barked at la. so i thought run in as fast as i can will be good. i reached their hse early and mrs tan actually forgot there's tuition. they were all out. while waiting for them, i just played with milky. ahaha.. she's a hyperactive dog. hope after playing with her today, she will bark less at me.. :)

brina saw the flasher again on bus 99 today! haha.. think poor brina is terribly disgusted by that bian4 tai4. please, don't let me meet him again.... i take 99 too okay... yucks. erm...not all blacks are bad!!! today, i met the nicest and most gentle bus 96 briver ok!! he's this 30+ indian man. he really drove the bus so carefully...no bumps, no sudden swerves n turns. hahah.. the most comfortable bus 96 ride so far i must say. =) *pat on his should* haha!!

k, better get back to dear. i made him wait just as long already. =P

dear, thanks for making me feel so fortunate today... thanks for that call... u made my day. really. i just missed you so much this afternoon. haha... was really smiling when the phone actually rang. so drama~~~ then happily picked it up, it was my ah ma's voice. haha!! dotz dotz..

then imme after i put down the phone, u called. oh yes, i sounded so thrilled. i really was. you just once again made me feel sure that you are the one... my one.

finally settled the laptop thingy. was with ryan's auntie for an hr in school today to settle the laptop collection. ryan ran away... for his lesson. i actually helped his auntie get a laptop for her colleague. haha.. the lady who called me yesterday was so cute. she asked how i am goin' to pay for the laptop. i replied 'errr...maybe cheque?' she said "oh mommy or daddy writing cheque right? please offset......' hahaha...do i sound like a small girl??? daddy mommy......~ actually i like people to pat my head. like what sis did last night. sometimes she will stroke my hair.... make me feel so loved. :)

but she was quite crazy last night. i fell asleep on the sofa for 2 hrs. my hse sofa too nice larh. haha.. didn't know that she was back. once i opened my eyes, she smiled n asked this (i'm gonna translate all into english) : "xiaohui.. you know the show *golden pillow* hor... the guy is 'renniang', fann wong is 'mingzhu', what is zoe tay's name huh??"

i was so duh lah!! eyes blur blur then she asked this type of question at 1.30 am!! haha... but after 5 secs, i managed to say 'xiaodan'. hahahhaha... i am great hor?? then sis gave out this loud roar of laughter...! and immediately called her friend to say she got the answer... they were playing some stupid games. actually. sometimes i play them with sis too. haha! guess those ulu ulu show's characters' names.... =P

had a fun time out with wayne, jaime & brina today! we went to marche... and sat for like 3 half hrs. haha.. we just talked and talked... whatever la... gay sex, ns stuff, uni stuff, friends & teachers from jc... haha.. kept laughing. i laughed out loud when we recalled how peilin was called a frog by maddie. maddie n her names la... i am still * violet hui * can. hmmm.. -.-''' oh i got to eat the crepes..haha..the one daryl said "u are missing out all the good stuff man" when i didn't share with him before he left. i shared the crepe with jaime. :) and he paid for it.

didn't spend on other stuff.. not much money left in my account! auntie didn't give me my pay today.... andy haven't sent the cheque to me yet..arhhh.

took the bus home with brina. the guy sitting opposite us was a flasher. brina told me only after we alighted at the bus stop near my house together. she remained so calm. haha knowing that i would most probably freak out, then the black might follow us, she chose to remain calm n tell me only after we got off the bus safely. si3 bian4 tai4! expose somemore, i hope u die.
